Allowed to book appointment, received confirmation and reminder emails, but when I turn up, place appears to have been closed down for a good while. Now you want feedback?! Hahaha
Booked an appointment for 10 am via groupon. Got there and the place was empty was told he couldn't do it as was by himself. Also he couldn't understand me (language) very unhelpful and really struggled. I had travelled a few miles specifically for this. Why have an appoinment system if u don't have staff to honour appointment.
I had paid for a wash & valet through Groupon for your Monifieth site and followed the instructions and booked a slot. When I turned up at the appointed time the staff seemed totally unaware of this booking system and although it was only 11.30am I was told I wouldn't be able to collect my car until 4pm. as this was not viable for me I was told to come back at 3.30, when I was then told it wouldn't be ready until 6.00pm. Again this didn't suit me so I was told to bring it in at 9am the next day. This time I did leave my car, but still had to hang around Monifieth for 2 hours until it was ready. I was reasonably pleased with the results (I've had better), but what is the point of having a booking system if the staff at the site are unaware of it!
I booked my car in originally for monday 5th September. As was the only day suitable for me.i bought
2 vouchers.1 for me 1 for my niece.
I got there at correct time and was told too busy.
So this company has money for a job which was not carried out in. Money for nothing..my niece got her valet done today which was completely unsatisfactory
Hi there. I just got my car Valet today. After buying a groupon I booked myself in today for 1pm. I called the car wash up before have has it was very bad rain. And making sure they were still open u told them I had a valet booked hour slot in they said yes still open
So I arrived to put my car in. Saying to the man I have a booking for one o'clock in which he said ok. Then nothing. I said do J go to reception or to you. He didn't reply. I said I have my car valet booked. He just said ok. He said can't today. U said I have already booked it. Paid for it. Then confirmed it on the phone with you. I said there are very little hair in the boot. He said I don't speak English. I showed him my boot. There had been a dog in it twice. Only twice. This shows there wasn't much hair. He said no can't do it. I said. That's why I booked you as it says you can do this. He said no. Eventually he agreed to do it. After calling someone . Then said hour and half to collect. I said it was an hour slot I booked as I need to get to work. So we decided 1 hour 15 mins I would return.
Upon my return asking about my car. I went and looked at the car. The parcel shelf on the bout had crumbs on it. Not even seen a Hoover. The back seats are half leather half cloth. The leather looked like it had something poured over it and it had dried in like fluid had been rolling down the chair. And as for the boot. It was five half way up then stopped. I said to the guy I'm not happy this is awful. And the back seat car mats are made to fit. They were thrown in totally wrong way. Not even sitting the way the car was handed over.
The man that showered me to my car spoke foreign to the man who cleaned my car. Shouting shouting. Making me feel so uncomfortable and nervous. He came over. I still didn't know what they were saying. All I could figure out is that they were saying something about a complaint. I said I need to go to work. The man that spoke English said 2 minutes. Do we have the car back. And let them fix the errors. I'm still not happy. There's still the marks on the leather on the back chairs. Boot is still not looking much different. And car mats wrong way and dirty. Windows are full of streaks. And I felt so uncomfortable as I'm a young girl. With big men shouting and not understanding a word. I wouldn't ever hand a car back that way
I now have to clean this myself.
OK for £10. But loose dirt left on the drivers side interior floor. Front wheel trims could have been better. The boot in my husband's car and back interior carpets not hoovered (we had two vouchers).
I had booked my valet for 1.30 but when I turned up there were only two young boys there. One washing cars and the other valeting. Both were very busy and didn't seem to know about my booking. They had 5 cars still to do but I needed mine back by 3pm which they said was ok.
I returned at 3 and my car was ready. I'm quite happy with the result but feel there should have been someone more senior there who knew about the bookings.
I'm absolutely delighted with everything. It's like a new car! Everything was cleaned very thoroughly and the lad who did it was very pleasant. Thank you. I'll definitely be back.
Took car today as part of Groupon voucher. Car was still dirty on outside, glass streaky and some not even touched, Hoovering poor too. Will never return, came home and made a better job myself. Avoid wasting your money.
Had it booked for today at 2.00 but was refused as did not have a printed voucher. I don't have a printer. Very unhappy that I only found this out once I had driven 20 minutes to your carwash. There was no indication that the voucher had to be in paper form (rather antiquated these days). I use Groupon all the time and have always been able to use the downloaded voucher on the phone. Very unhappy that I wasted an afternoon. The owner blames Groupon but I feel that he should not be using Groupon if they are not following his instructions. Especially since he said I was not the only one this has happened to!!!!
I took my car to your team last night, the service was good, the boys were pleasant enough, but on driving my car away, i noticed the windows very streaked and the chrome inside the car the same, a clean dry cloth did the trick when i got home.

My experience at Prestige Car Wash was not positive. When arriving I was told I would have to go and pay to print off my voucher despite having the groupon on the app. The Monifieth premises were being run by a group of under 16 year olds and although I was told it would take 1 hour 30 mins it took nearly 3 hours till I was able to get my car. While waiting another customers car was badly damaged and no responsibly was taken. My car was still dirty and had scratches and scuffs that again no one took responsibility for. No employee had a driving licence and they were all driving customers cars. I would not return to Prestige Car Wash Monifieth and I am very disappointed with my experience and the customer service I received there.
very good job very happy with the service, the reason only four stars was because I booked in at 1pm was told the car would be ready by 2pm but it was very busy and my car was not ready until 3-05pm.
Had to ask if the car had been washed/polished when I collected it, as it sure didnt look as if it had! It was still covered in insects and bird poop, and my alloys were still filthy!! Interior was just about ok.
Have had reasonably good valets here before, but this was half-arsed....hopefully reflective of a bad day rather than my payment method of a groupon voucher? Plenty more fish in the sea!!

Came back after 1 hour30 mins car hadn't been touched. Cleared don't prioritise people who have actually booked. Got told by the man that it wasn't his problem then he accused me of swearing at him when I hadn't uttered one swear word. Awful service and horrible staff

Very pleased with the valet on Friday, only complaints would be the mats were replaced in my car wet and the car was not dried. Other wise you would have had 10 out of 10
